Transfers / Airport Drop Off

A transfer is a one way service to or from an Airport or other location without stops along the way. Additional stops will be charged at the rate of  $10.00 per stop provided they are on the logical route of the trip. Stops outside the logical route will be charged at the rate of $20.00 per stop.

Airport Arrivals

We monitor your flight arrival time and your driver will meet you at the pre-determined location mentioned when you book your reservation. If your flight has changed or cancelled, you must contact us as soon as possible to avoid a no show fee. (See no show policy below).

Waiting Time

Passengers are allowed a 20 minute grace period, wait time charges will be at the rate of  $1.00/minute. These charges do not apply to Commercial Airport arrivals unless there is excessive wait time due to lost luggage, etc.

No Show Policy

If for any reason, you can not locate your driver, you must contact our office immediately at 781 647-7705. Should the passenger leave the pre-determined pick up location via any other means without notifying our office, the full charge for the trip will be charged.

Cancellations

Airport Service, Transfers – Must be cancelled at least 4 hours before scheduled Time. Service cancelled within the 4 hours will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Weddings or Limousine services must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled event or a cancellation fee of the 4 hour minimum charge will apply.
